00:29A "Pin Bridge" is the standard steel string guitar bridge which anchors the strings to the top of the guitar by means of bridge pins. The bridge has a hole for each string, which passes through the bridge and the ball-end string is secured by a bridge pin.

The pin bridge is an ideal design because the strings are actually anchored under the top to minimize the stress on the bridge glue joint.
